What could be better than hearing some of the most renowned and thought-provoking authors speak right here in Denver? How about getting together with other like-minded literary types for book club conversations on the books those authors have written?
Welcome to the Pen & Podium Book Club!
We have selected one book from each of our 2011/2012 Pen & Podium authors to be discussed about a week prior to each lecture. These events are FREE, though we do request that you reserve your space in advance. Each Book Club meeting will be held from 7:00-8:30pm with wine and cheese provided. All attendees will receive a Pen & Podium tote bag AND will be entered to win a Nook eReader, along with a $50 Tattered Cover gift card.
Whether you’re a long-time book-clubber or are just looking to get started, the Pen & Podium Book Club is a great place for you! We hope you’ll join us.
Our Pen & Podium Book Club events will be led by award-winning playwright, Jeffrey Neuman who has held a variety of management and marketing roles in the book and multi-media industry. Click here to learn more about our esteemed moderator.
DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING RESPONSE, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR THE PEN & PODIUM BOOK CLUB EVENTS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST TO PARTICIPATE, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR INFORMATION TO KRISTIN STORK AT kstork@denverpost.com.
