ANN NAPOLITANO

Ann Napolitano is a bestselling author known for her deeply moving, beautifully crafted novels that explore themes of family, resilience, and human connection. She is best known for Hello Beautiful (2023), a #1 New York Times bestseller and Oprah’s Book Club pick, and Dear Edward (2020), also a New York Times bestseller and adapted into an Apple TV+ series. Her works also include A Good Hard Look and her debut novel, Within Arm’s Reach, reissued with a new cover in April 2024. Napolitano’s work has received critical acclaim, with Hello Beautiful longlisted for the National Book Award and Dear Edward named a best book of the year by several publications. Her novels have been translated into multiple languages, expanding her global reach. With emotional depth and compelling storytelling, she continues to captivate readers and establish herself as one of today’s most celebrated contemporary authors. She holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MFA from NYU and has taught fiction writing at Brooklyn College. Napolitano resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and their two sons.
